We can't wait for you to get your order. Packages are shipped via USPS with a tracking number. Shipping costs are based on weight of products. US Only. For curbside pick up please visit our location at 150 N. Cleveland and we will bring your order to you.
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of The Workroom online purchases.
We issue refunds for physical products within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase and be in unused condition. In circumstance of damage, customer may contact us to exchange the product with a new one, if available, or return. In case of a non-damaged return, the customer pays the shipping costs or can bring in store for full refund.
